Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

We take care and pride in all of our products and the suppliers that we work with to ensure you only receive the best quality products from Chantillie House. We hope that you will be as delighted with your products as we are, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we would be happy to offer a refund within 14 days of the receipt. Please let us know as soon as possible if the goods are damaged or defective so that we can exchange or take return of goods.

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition and returned with its original packaging, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14  working days of delivery of your purchase.

1. Please email info@chantilliehouse.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if used or altered in any way but in the unlikely event that the item is broken, faulty or does not match the item that you ordered we will replace this item free of charge. As all returns are agreed in advance please contact us within two days of the receipt by email on info@chantilliehouse.com

You may exchange for other products of the same value.
